Launched in 2011 the FSAA Ambassador Scholarship is awarded each year to two outstanding candidates within the financial services industry. This presents a compelling opportunity for a career-focused professional to engage with their peers through networking, educational and professional development opportunities.
The successful applicants will join the existing NextGen Committee, composed of former FSAA Ambassadors and senior financial services executives. The purpose of the NextGen Committee is to deliver networking and professional development opportunities for insurance professionals in entry level and middle management roles.
With the support of this committee, the Ambassadors will have the opportunity to organise networking events, launch other initiatives which build the FSAA brand, and drive change within the organisation.
The successful applicants will also each receive $5,000 to contribute to their choice of Financial Services education programs. This amount can be used towards educational materials, approved financial services training, attending the FSAA National Conference and FSAA Events.
The program is open to all members of the FSAA. Those who are interested, or know someone who would excel in this position are encouraged to apply.
