David is an International Tax Partner with 15 years experience across Big 4 and law firms across both Australia and the UK. David specialises in advising on cross-border tax issues, including M&A, reorganisations, IP structures and corporate finance. David has a particular focus on Pillar Two and has worked extensively with in both London and Sydney in relation to Pillar Two compliance, strategy and planning.
David previously worked for Baker McKenzie in London and spent over 10 years advising on UK international tax. He was also a member of the ATO’s Pillar Two working group.
