David Farrugia is a tax partner at EY with over 20 years experience and a specialisation in the insurance industry. David's client base includes a number of the largest insurers in the country (both Australian headquartered and inbounds). He assists his clients with the full breadth of tax compliance and tax advisory services including the transition to AASB 17 and the uplifting of tax processes. He has also worked on many of the significant M&A transactions in the insurance space over the past 10 years across the general, life and health sectors.
