Ben Hewitt is the Acting Executive Director, Technical advisory Services and Commissioner of State Revenue at Revenue NSW. Ben has 30 years’ experience in government administration and policy development serving in senior positions across the NSW State Government including both the Cabinet Office and the Department of Premier and Cabinet. Ben specialises in State tax legislation and policy, with more than a decade of service as the Director, Policy and Legislation at Revenue NSW, leading numerous reform initiatives across taxation, state debt recovery and fines legislation. Ben is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW.
