Jo Drum is a Director in the ATO’s GST Financial Services and Insurance Strategy team. An experienced GST technical specialist, Jo has advised on complex GST issues including cross-border transactions, food classification, and financial services and insurance. Over the past decade, Jo has led the technical implementation of major GST law changes and contributed to numerous public rulings and guidance products.
