Michael has 11 years’ experience in various roles within the QBE tax function performing advisory, reporting and compliance services, including:
• Special projects such as R&D, tax systems changes, undertaking tax governance reviews and integration and management of new regulatory requirements.
• Management of tax reporting, audit and tax compliance obligations including tax consolidation for the AUSPAC and Group subsidiaries.
• Supporting QBE AUSPAC and Group teams in considering the impact of tax related Government/Revenue Authority announcements.
Prior to QBE, Michael spent 4 years at PWC providing professional tax services to the Insurance and Investment Management Industries.
