Director, Global Tax Team
Lirize is a Director in the Sydney Global Tax team, and provides a range of transfer pricing services to clients in the insurance, funds, private equity, banking and non-FS sectors.
Lirize has worked with financial services clients for over 15 years, including in Australia, the UK, the US and South Africa. Lirize's experience as a former Strategy Consultant and her time spent working directly for corporates has enabled her to bring a strong commercial perspective to her approach to transfer pricing advice. She has also helped numerous financial services clients with the practical implementation requirements of business and industry changes - for example digitalisation, changing customer needs and the tightening regulatory environment.
Most recently, Lirize has focused on a number of high priority areas of international tax, including financial transactions, deals and IP.
