Lelani's current role is CFO – Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Company Australia Pty Ltd
Lelani has been in the general insurance industry for 20 years and has worked in a variety of roles in IAG, Avant and Aioi Nissay Dowa. Lelani has successfully guided companies through prudential and legislative changes, set up new insurance and non-insurance entities and effected process changes to increase the efficiency of operations.
Lelani was appointed as CFO at Aioi Nissay Dowa in December 2014, whilst on parental leave.
Outside of work Lelani keeps herself busy looking after her three children, occasionally performing with her band and sometimes helping to transform ordinary people into their theatrical characters through make up.
