Yeok is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Financial Services Insurance team supporting overseas and Australian insurers through their IFRS 17 implementation journey.
Yeok joined Deloitte in 2022 after 15 years at the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA), where she provided advice on APRA’s reporting requirements relevant to banking and insurance. Yeok was responsible for preparing statutory financial statements revised for AASB 17 for the life insurance, general insurance and private health insurance industries.
Yeok holds a Master of Commerce (Banking) and a Bachelor of Commerce with Merit (Accounting & Finance) from the University of New South Wales; and is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
