Sally Kincaid joined NBN Co in May 2019, with responsibility for the People and Culture and Sustainability strategies. Transitioning the workforce in support of nbn’s purpose and business strategies, Sally is accountable for shaping the workplace and building the workforce to be high performing and values-led, with the sustainable and strategic capabilities for Australia’s national broadband network, focused on caring for the health and safety of employees.
Sally has had an extensive career leading HR teams in global financial and insurance companies across Australia, the UK and New Zealand at global organisations including QBE, ING and Citigroup.
Ms Kincaid holds an MBA from Henley Business School in the UK, Bachelor of Business Studies from Massey University, New Zealand, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the University of Cambridge , Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
