Chris Hynes is Head of Leasing and Workplace - Office at Dexus, responsible for the management of leasing across Dexus’s 1.6 million square metre office portfolio along with the Workplace platform including Dexus Place and Six Ideas by Dexus.
Chris has worked in the commercial property industry for more than 30 years with a focus on leasing, asset management and occupier services. He has held senior executive roles in various property companies and occupier businesses, including CBRE’s Global Workplace Services Group as Regional Managing Director – Pacific, and has worked on some of Australia’s largest pre-commitment lease transactions and major developments across all states.
