Head of Insurance Policy
Ann is the head of APRA’s Insurance Policy team. In this role, Ann is responsible for ensuring that the prudential frameworks for life, general and private health insurers remain fit-for-purpose as the industries and external environment evolve over time.
Ann joined APRA in 2015 and has worked in both policy and strategy roles within APRA. Prior to joining APRA, Ann worked in IAG’s Ventures team, with a focus on addressing insurance affordability through product innovation. Ann has also held a number of roles in Commonwealth and State government agencies.
