Finance Manager, Group Accounting Policy
Rhian is the Group technical accounting and policy manager at IAG. Recent focus has been on the Group’s implementation of AASB 9 and 16, but is transitioning to lead IAG’s IFRS 17 implementation project. She has been actively participating in various local forums discussing IFRS 17 interpretation and implementation issues and has contributed to both IAG’s and the AASB’s comment letters to the IASB on the exposure draft of amendments to IFRS 17.
Rhian has over 9 years’ experience across the financial services industry, focussing predominately on Life and General Insurance.
