Gerard Sitaramayya has more than 25 years’ experience in the insurance
industry and his work experience includes time spent in Singapore and
Hong Kong. Gerard joined Chubb via legacy companies more than two
decades ago.
In his current role, Gerard is Chubb's Chief Financial Officer for Australia
and New Zealand with responsibility for overall finance management in
Australia and New Zealand. Gerard oversees local statutory and
regulatory compliance, financial control, internal and external reporting,
reinsurance, treasury and investments, finance corporate governance and
data and analytics.
Gerard is a seasoned finance professional. He has a strong focus on
building a positive culture in the organisation and a client service
mentality for the Finance function. He enjoys building, leading and getting
the best of individuals and teams with a participative management style.
Gerard holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Masters of Business
Administration Degree. He is a Fellow of CPA Australia, Fellow of Hong
Kong Institute of CPAs and a member of the Australian Institute of
