Lelani's current role is Chief Financial Officer – Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Company Australia Pty Ltd (Adica)
Lelani has been in the general insurance industry for over 20 years and has worked in a variety of roles in IAG, Avant and Adica. Lelani has successfully guided companies through strategic, prudential and legislative changes, set up new insurance and non-insurance entities and effected process changes to increase the efficiency of operations and currently manages the Finance and Project Management teams at Adica.
Lelani was appointed as CFO at Adica in December 2014, whilst on parental leave.
Outside of work Lelani is a busy mum of three who enjoys organising the FSAA National Conference.
