Sushma Segal is Chief Transformation Officer at QBE Insurance Group. Sushma is responsible for leading the Transformation Office, a central hub that will drive the effective development and delivery of QBE’s transformation roadmap, in alignment with strategic objectives. Prior to this, she was the Group Finance Chief Operating Officer responsible for global Finance Transformation, Operational Excellence, Operations, Reporting and Tax. Sushma is a Chartered Accountant who through her career has held a variety of roles in transformation and change, finance, assurance and advisory.
Sam Cutri, Partner - EY
Sam Cutri is a Partner at EY Insurance Practice based in Sydney, Australia. Sam has over 17 years’ experience working on multiple large scale global transformation programs in Sydney, London and Hong Kong. Sam is passionate about all things Finance change and building high performing teams. In addition, Sam is currently the Client Service Partner for one of EY’s global insurance clients.
