About our Speaker

Andy Cohen is a Principal of Finity Consulting and has over 25 years’ experience in the general insurance industry. He began his career in London as a Lloyd’s broker, then worked for a London Market reinsurer but finally ended up in Australia as a consulting actuary over 20 years ago.

He has extensive experience in a wide variety of areas including workers’ compensation, professional indemnity, personal lines, public liability, travel insurance, and reinsurance.

Andy is or has been the Appointed Actuary to 13 insurance and reinsurance companies and is the curator of Finity’s flagship annual publication, “Optima”.
