The FSAA National Conference was held in-person with an online option for those who could not attend in-person.

The theme for this year’s conference was “Our World is Changing. Matching the Change” and looked to cover issues currently facing the financial services and insurance industry, including the increasing risk factors impacting our industry, regulation, ESG, technology and the challenges presented by working from home.

The FSAA National Conference addressed these topics and helped us manage change in our daily lives, both at work and at home.

We heard from a fantastic line-up of industry experts, speakers from your own industry and panellists who shared their insights into how they think the changes can be matched.

Being held both virtually and in-person at the Kirribilli Club in Lavender Bay over two days, this event offered an excellent opportunity for you to reacquaint yourself with existing connections, as well as finally seeing people face-to-face after three long years.  A networking event was held on Thursday evening with sunset drinks and canapes.  There were also post-conference drinks on Friday evening.
