Terms & Conditions of Registration

Payment
All bookings made prior to the conference must be paid in full to guarantee registration. Once payment has been received, an email confirmation and a receipted invoice will be sent. If payment is not made at the time of booking, registration will be provisional.

Multiple registrations
If a company, or its subsidiaries send three or more participants, the reduced rate of $1650 will apply to all delegates

 

Sharing Registrations
It is not permitted to share a single registration without prior written notification and approval from the FSAA Conference Committee.

 

Substitutions and Cancellations
Delegates may nominate an alternative person from their organisation to attend up to Wednesday 11 May, at no extra charge. Should substitution not be possible, cancellation charges apply as follows:

  •      Cancellations received up to 18 April will receive a 50% refund of registration fees
  •      Cancellations received from 30 April – registration fees are non-refundable
  •      Hotel will charge 100% of accommodation costs from 4 May.

 

All substitutions and cancellations must be received in writing
