About our Speakers
Edith is a seasoned CRO and CFO with more than 20 years of diverse financial and operational leadership experience in multi-cultural business environments, focusing on strategy, financial excellence, enterprise risk management, governance and change management. She has worked in Europe, the USA, Asia and Australia and developed a passion for financial thought leadership and risk management as a means to drive performance. In more recent times Edith was the GM Corporate Strategy at TAL Insurance, and prior to that CRO for ANZ Global Wealth, Regional CFO&CRO for RGA Reinsurance and CFO for SwissRe Life.
Andrew Reeves is a Partner in the KPMG Sydney Financial Services practice specializing in Insurance. Andrew was appointed as a Partner in January 2002 after joining KPMG in 1987. He has worked in Sydney and London on a range of financial services clients across insurance, funds management and superannuation. Andrew’s depth of experience enables him to provide a wealth of knowledge to clients on the prudential regulatory environment, risk management and financial reporting issues. Andrew has been the Chair of the FSAA Education Committee for close to 20 years and joined the FSAA Federal Board in 2016.
