Suzanne Young, IAG

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of the Australia Division of Insurance Australia Group Limited (IAG), Suzanne leads Operational Partnering which supports the business to deliver world leading customer experiences, optimises IAG to make it simpler and more scalable and build an agile organisation. Suzanne’s teams include Partnering, Productivity, Leading@IAG, Property and Procurement. Her team’s major projects include Rubix, Tumbalong and the Division’s Leadership, People and Culture plan. She is also the Chair of Diversity and Inclusion for the IAG Group and is a member of the Shared Value Advisory Committee.

Prior to joining IAG, Suzanne held senior operational and finance leadership roles at the NRL, Leighton Holdings, CBA, Qantas and Unisys.  In 2015, Suzanne was recognised as one of the AFR/Westpac 100 Women of Influence and was the Shared Services and Outsourcing Network Thought Leader of the Year in 2009 and 2010.

Suzanne has B.Ec, M.Tax, M.Acc, FCPA, GAICD and currently serves on the University of Sydney Business School Board of Advice, Surf Sports Australia, the St Joseph's College Foundation Board as Chair of the Indigenous Education Committee and the McGrath Foundation Board as Chair of the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee.
